What this website collects
When you send an enquiry or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, organisation if provided, and the service or garment information and message you submit. Hosting providers may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information, full payment-card details or children's personal details in these forms. This website does not take payments or provide customer-account sign-in; the Customer login link opens our separate customer application.
How and why we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss or provide the services you request. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to a business contact where the contract is with their organisation. Necessary business, accounting and legal records may be kept to meet legal obligations or manage agreed services and disputes.
We do not sell your personal information or send promotional emails or texts. Messages about your enquiry or services are service communications.
Who receives information
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Microsoft 365 handles our business email and documents. Cloudflare provides DNS and, if you accept it, website analytics. We share relevant information with our external worker or accountant only where needed for their assigned work or professional services. Our wider customer applications and payment services can use other providers, as explained in the privacy information applicable to those services.
Analytics and your choices
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, not Google Analytics. The Cloudflare analytics beacon does not use cookies, local storage or visitor fingerprinting for analytics. On this website, we nevertheless keep optional analytics disabled until you accept it. Your enquiry name, email address and message are not passed to analytics.
You can reject analytics and continue using the site, or change your choice through . Read our cookie notice for the actual storage used and its lifetime.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for the time needed to respond, resolve your request and manage any resulting customer relationship. Where information becomes part of an order, contract, invoice or dispute, retention depends on completing that service, applicable accounting or tax requirements, and the need to establish or defend legal claims. We may retain a limited record of privacy requests and consent choices where needed to respect them. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted provider backups until their applicable backup cycle expires.
